The P5 is a catalyst for time trials. It was created for one purpose: to help you get from point A to point B as quickly as possible.
The P5 is just as at home on the Big Island as it is in a crucial time trial in the Tour de France, enabling exceptional performance. The past decade of elite cycling has demonstrated the importance of strong time trial performances late in a Grand Tour, and the P5 played a key role in Team Jumbo-Visma's victories in the Giro d'Italia and Tour de France in 2023.
With the new bike, Cervélo has focused on creating a fast platform that can be made even faster with the latest wheels and advanced adjustments. There is room for a 34 mm tyre on wide wheels, which improves aerodynamics and reduces rolling resistance. The base bar is lower to reduce the CdA, but the possible stack has been increased and the extensions can now be adjusted between 0 and 30 degrees in increments of five millimetres. For triathletes, we have added various storage options, because getting enough calories is half the battle when it comes to running a strong marathon. What else is new about this bike? A size 61, so all our tall friends can enjoy a better fit.
