This premium heart rate strap tracks running sessions, swimming sessions and more. It transmits real-time heart rate data via ^ANT+® connection and ^Bluetooth® Low Energy technology, giving you more training options. You will always receive accurate heart rate data on your Garmin device in online training apps like Zwift or even on compatible fitness equipment at the gym.

Running dynamics

In addition to heart rate, HRM-Pro records your running dynamics. which can help you improve your form. This data includes metrics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio and more.

Save and send your data

The device stores heart rate data during swimming or other activities while your smartwatch is out of range and sends this data to your watch once the activity is completed. It also stores steps, calories and intensity minutes and then syncs them to your smartwatch.

Comfort and ease of use

HRM-Pro includes a small, lightweight heart rate monitor that is no wider than the soft, comfortable band. And don't worry about battery life. The user-replaceable button cell battery lasts up to 1 year.
